Terms of Service

The product

Ae-All-in-One Pack is a digital collection of Adobe After Effects editing resources, delivered to paying members through a private members area on Whop. The Product is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe. Adobe After Effects is required to use the files and is not included.

Purchases and payment

• The Product is a one-time payment in US dollars. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• A launch price of $10 applies for a limited period and ends on October 23, 2026. After that the regular price is $20.
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Whop. By paying, you also agree to Whop's terms for buyers.

Lifetime access

Your purchase gives you access to the Product for as long as it is made available through Whop, for your personal use. "Lifetime" refers to the life of the Product, not your lifetime if the Product is discontinued. Access is tied to your Whop account and may not be shared, resold or transferred. Future updates are not promised. If updates are added, they will be announced in the members area.

Permitted use

• You may use the files in your own video projects, including client and monetized content.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload or give away the files, in original or modified form, or offer them as part of another pack or template.
• You may not share your account access or bypass access controls.
• Some resources may have separate licensing notes in the members area. Follow them where they apply.

We may suspend or end access without a refund if these terms are broken.

Refunds

Because the Product is a digital download that is available immediately, purchases are generally final. If you were charged by mistake, were charged twice, cannot access the files, or the Product is materially different from what is described, email accc4tvv@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout. We will review each request and, where it is justified, refund the payment through Whop. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Compatibility

The Product is made for Adobe After Effects. We do not guarantee that every file works with every version or system. Compatibility notes, where available, are in the members area.

Disclaimer and liability

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
